My experience as a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice has been incredibly valuable. Becoming an apprentice is one of the most rewarding choices I’ve made  across my working career, and has made my integration to a massive multinational company a pleasure to be involved with. It can be daunting starting a brand new job, but the encouraging support that I have received as an apprentice has made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. I have just finished my Customer Service apprenticeship and can wholeheartedly say that it was the right decision for me, and I would strongly recommend an apprenticeship to anyone who may be either unsure about their future, or apprehensive about joining the working world.
