From day one, your sales apprentices will embark on a journey of growth, starting with a comprehensive induction and progressing through engaging, blended learning modules covering everything from sales fundamentals to proactivity & sales ethics. These modules combine essential business and sales competencies, all designed with flexibility to fit individual learning styles.

Organisation & Customer Insight: Organisation, market, customer, product, and sector knowledge.
Sales Skills: Planning, preparation, negotiation, and closing.
Business Acumen: Commercial, financial, and digital understanding.
Customer Excellence: Customer engagement, experience, and needs analysis skills.
Team & Personal Growth: Collaboration, ethics, proactivity and personal behaviours.

Course Duration: 15-18 months including EPA
