The level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship from MI offers a great opportunity for learners to develop, improve and hone, their people management and leadership knowledge and skills. Over 12-15 months team leader apprentices will develop key skills and behaviours in managing individuals & teams, decision making, problem solving, operational management and project management leading to organised, result driven, emotionally intelligent, and technologically enabled first line leaders and managers.

Dedicated Learning and Development Coach will familiarise themselves with your organisation and its culture to ensure we deliver an apprenticeship programme that is relevant to your business and creates impact. Throughout the apprenticeship journey, your apprentices will be encouraged, challenged and support to reach maximum potential, starting with a comprehensive induction and progressing through engaging, blended learning modules covering everything from leadership styles to delivery management. The level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity for professionals responsible for leading and managing operational functions to develop and grow, their operational planning and leadership knowledge and skills. Over 18 months operations manager apprentices will develop key skills and behaviours in developing teams, monitoring core organisation objectives & strategic goals and project management.
