Business Admin Level 3 Overview

The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship from MI offers a great opportunity for learners to develop, implement, maintain and improve their administrative skills. Business administrators’ apprentices develop key skills and behaviours in managing priorities, problem-solving, decision-making as well as knowledge and skills that build towards people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others. Over 12-15 months, learners will gain the knowledge, skills and expertise to work more efficiently
Throughout the apprenticeship journey, your apprentices will be encouraged, challenged and support to reach maximum potential, starting with a comprehensive induction and progressing through engaging, blended learning modules covering everything from record and document production to project management & interpersonal skills. These modules combine essential business administration competencies, all designed with flexibility to fit individual learning styles.

Business & Organisational Knowledge: Organisational structure, business fundamentals, stakeholders, and external factors
Policies & Processes: Policies, compliance, and operational procedures
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Collaboration, professionalism, and adaptability
Project & Performance Management: Planning, decision-making, and quality control
Personal & Professional Growth: Responsibility, value of skills, and continuous development

Course Duration: 12-15 months including EPA
